What happens
When the guidance tracker spots a change that needs new knowledge, it marks which roles are affected. The training module and its quiz questions are refreshed to match.
The training goes only to the people who need it. A cook doesn't get a room leader's training, and the other way round. Staff do it on their phones.
Each quiz draws fresh questions, so answers can't simply be passed around. Anyone who doesn't pass gets another go.
The manager signs off in one click, and each person's training record updates by itself. It's always ready to show an inspector.
